Having second thoughts? No worries—we’re here to help! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail or to the Fashion Den store within 7 days of the original purchase date (in-store) or ship date (online purchase).
Apparel, footwear, home and accessories (bags, sunglasses, leather goods, jewelry and watches) may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimsuits and bodysuits.
Items must be returned within 7 days from the original purchase date (in-store) or ship date (online purchase).
Returns received after the 7-day return period are accepted at our discretion. Late returns that are accepted may be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original sale prices.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable.
Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone management believes to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.

Return by Mail (only for online purchases)
Start your return and exchange request online to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Click below to start the easy step-by-step process. After printing your shipping label and return form, attach it to the package and send it on its way.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Gift Recipients may return eligible gift items to the Fashion Den stores for in-store merchandise credit. Merchandise credit issued from store returns cannot be redeemed online.
To receive a refund to the original form of payment, the purchaser must return the item themselves either in store or by mail.
All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
We do not make price adjustments on previous purchases. Savings are based on estimated comparison prices, which may be from the same or similar items from prior seasons.
Returns to the Fashion Den store will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Mail-in returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at the Fashion Den store.
Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
