We ship within the United States.

What does shipping cost?

  • *Standard Shipping is free for orders over $75.
  • All other orders under $75, Standard Shipping is $10.
  • Express Shipping is $25.

* NOTE:  Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $75 before tax. Shipping rates valid on online orders only.

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time with the United States depends on the following shipping type selected:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority): 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping (USPS Express Mail): 2-3 business days

Please keep in mind that processing and shipping time may vary during holidays or limited edition products.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

I entered in the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

Please contact us immediately to correct your address before we ship your order. If we have shipped your order, then we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Once we transfer your package to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages.

What if my package was lost or damaged?

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, held or damaged packages. We are also not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, incorrect delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping info.

Once we transfer your package to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping-related issues, such as delays or lost packages. Please contact USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
